Since a year in review is the thing to do on December 31, here we go:

{January 2011:Nolan was still getting the hang of walking.}

{February 2011: We went to up to Northern Arizona to see the snow and sled. Avery loved it. Nolan hated it.}

{Spring 2011: Avery rode a horse for the first time with daddy.}

{April 2011: Avery watches a princess get married.}

{May 2011: Nolan goes to his first movie in the theater. Cars 2.}

{July 2011: Family vacation to San Diego}

{August 2011: Avery is calling grandma to tell her about her first day at dance.}

{September 2011: I consider having another child, so I take this picture to remind myself why that would be a bad idea.}

{October 2011:Nolan goes into a big boy bed.}

{November 2011: Avery goes ice skating for the first time.}

{December 2011: Nolan turns 2.}

{December 2011: Avery’s Holiday dance performance.}

{December 2011: AJ and I got to see the Hawkeyes play in the Insight Bowl.}
